When Earl of East London and Kana moved to the Gransden Avenue studio, Paul and Niko, the founders of EoEL, opened the beautiful Bonds. Hackney lifestyle store, coffee shop and event space. Since then, we have both been dreaming about taking on another space to evolve our beloved project! And you’ll never guess what, the guys went and did it! They have opened the second Bonds. store in Kings Cross and exceeded everyone’s expectations with their amazing curation skills! It’s absolutely incredible to look back at how far we have come since then, I can hardly believe it.

Their lush new lifestyle store in Coal Drops Yard combines delicious coffee, locally designed goods and an Earl of East London pouring room (see their beautiful candles here!) whilst offering local makers a weekly takeover space. I am super proud and very honoured to be one of the designers doing a one of these pop-ups; I have curated a beautiful selection of pieces that explore different shades of blue.
