Our Gift Card Policy:

Thank you for purchasing a gift card. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase and they can be redeemed against any item available in the KANA store during the 12-month window of their validity. Our gift cards are not a guarantee of a particular product or service from KANA. We can never guarantee a particular product, service or workshop will be available during your gift card window, but we are sure that you will find something you love, as there are many beautiful products and experiences to choose from. Our gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
